• Liaise with clients and manage internal projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution. • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion and integrity. • Coordinate internal communication and facilitate project collaboration across departments. • Follow up with our Chinese partners, managing relationships and ensuring clear communication. • Undertake a range of internal administrative tasks to support the CEO and the broader team. • Collaborate on strategic initiatives and assist in implementing operational changes. • Assist with sales-related tasks prior to the establishment of a dedicated sales team. • Write and manage documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy in internal and external communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Access to 24/7 high speed Internet. • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly in a project management capacity within a startup environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a flexible approach to managing diverse tasks. • Proficient in digital technology and project management tools. • A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information. • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
