📋 Description
• Provide telehealth services as a Nurse Practitioner • Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care • Triage scenarios and manage various degrees of acuity and complexity • Oversee clinical workflows and support practice management
🎯 Requirements
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with 4+ years in telehealth • Must be licensed in any combination of states that cover at least 40% of the US adult population • Experience setting app practice policies and supporting practice management • Nursing Degree from US medical schools and training only
