📋 Description

• Contacting prospects from the provided database to create interest in the companies services and arrange appointments with the sales advisor • Scheduling the agreed appointment directly in the advisor’s calendar • Turning cold leads into warm leads by building interest and trust with potential customers • Supporting sales efforts by preparing the customer for the advisor’s visit and increasing the chances of signing a contract • Reconfirming appointments with customers one day before the scheduled visit

🎯 Requirements

• You speak and write Dutch at a native level • Commercial experience or customer care experience is an asset but not required • You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office) • You have strong and clear communication skills, can listen effectively and you can persuade others in a natural way • You are resilient, think positively, and maintain a high quality of work.
