• Manage customer contact proactively and professionally via inbound and outbound calls and emails • Conduct Consultation Calls (Pre-live) with new clients to gather information and complete briefing forms for production team • Handle Approval Calls (Pre-live) to discuss website drafts, log change requests, and follow up to ensure publication • Perform Caring Calls (Post-live) to review website performance, changes needed, and client satisfaction • Respond to client questions, change requests, and general inquiries efficiently via email and inbound calls • Ensure a smooth client experience from project start through post-launch support

🎯 Requirements

• Native level German (spoken and written) • Good level of English • Experience with Sales Force, Duda, or Mono is an asset (not required) • Experience serving B2B clients • Basic PC skills • Positive, self-confident, and patient; able to handle frustration • Open-minded, motivated, task-oriented, energetic, and driven • Enthusiasm, commitment, and an excellent service mindset
