• As a Contact Center Agent you will be answering incoming calls, emails and do some general administrative tasks. • You will be exclusively doing customer care, and no sales. • As you will be talking to customers all day long, it's important to be a positive, confident, and professional person, when dealing with them.

🎯 Requirements

• You speak and write Flemish at a native level and English at a communicative level • Experience on the phone in customer care is an asset, as well as experience in the caring sector • You have strong PC skills (comfortable with working multiple systems) • Empathetic, respectful, and able to stay calm under pressure • Productive and result-oriented. Able to handle a high workload without losing quality. Flexible and open to feedback, adapt easily to changes and manage multiple tasks effectively
