📋 Description
• Als Customer Care Agent lever je uitstekende klantenservice voor huidige en potentiële klanten voor een Nederlands energiebedrijf. • Je gaat inkomende telefoontjes, chats en e-mails beantwoorden en klanten ondersteunen. • Klanten helpen met facturen, herinneringen en betalingen. • Klanten ondersteunen bij tariefveranderingen en vragen rondom contracten. • Klachten afhandelen, zoals te hoge kosten of overbetalingen. • Hulp bieden bij verzoeken voor behoud en verhuizing. • Salesmogelijkheden identificeren en hier op een servicegerichte manier op acteren.
🎯 Requirements
• Je schrijft en spreekt Nederlands op moedertaalniveau en spreekt goed Engels (B2) • Ervaring met CRM-systemen is een pré • Je hebt een goed begrip en kennis van computers • Je kunt multitasken, past je snel aan en hebt het vertrouwen om een gesprek te leiden • Je neemt initiatief, stelt vragen, doet voorstellen en bent flexibel
