đ Description
⢠Make inbound calls to convince potential clients to sign a contract for a Belgian energy company ⢠Communicate via chat, email and phone calls for sales ⢠Compare tariffs of the company to other suppliers ⢠Assist with completing contract details and handle general sales questions ⢠Redirect customer care or moving questions to the right department ⢠Update customer information and register data into the system ⢠Follow up on missing data via outbound calls ⢠Help and advise new customers with price calculations and information to sign a contract ⢠Help and advise existing clients with move requests, collecting information and registering data into the system
đŻ Requirements
⢠Speak and write French at a native level ⢠English at a basic level (B2) ⢠Experience with contact center is a plus ⢠Good understanding and level of computer handling skills ⢠Self-confident and self-motivated with a strong focus on delivering accurate, high-quality work ⢠Flexible and able to adapt to changes ⢠Organized, proactive, socially confident and an attentive listener
