📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services written in Go • Build and evolve APIs that support complex product workflows • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers • Contribute to data modeling and business logic • Improve code quality, testing strategy, observability, and system resilience • Take ownership of backend features from design to production • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
🎯 Requirements
• Senior-level autonomy and trust • Strong focus on engineering quality and long-term thinking • Proficiency in Go (Golang) • Experience with API design (GraphQL and/or REST) • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases • Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP or similar) • Experience with observability tools • Ability to perform code reviews and join architectural discussions • Agile methodology experience • Masters or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
