• Independently organize, coordinate, manage and ensure timely completion of clinical, scientific and administrative tasks • Independently implement national and international projects in collaboration with the Chief Physician for Neurorehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams • Prepare scientific events, colloquia, training sessions and conferences • Carry out project work with the Chief Physician for the national and international development of neurorehabilitation; prepare strategic decisions, including drafting discussion and decision papers • Manage appointments, coordinate business trips and meetings • Lead the chief physician’s secretariat, including handling correspondence, emails and telephone calls
• Degree in health economics or completed commercial or medical vocational training with several years of professional experience in healthcare, project organization and office management • Confident user of MS Office applications, including preparation of presentations • Good German and English skills, written and spoken (C2) • Strong organizational skills, communication ability and a structured, independent working style • High degree of initiative and enthusiasm for shaping your own workplace • Service-oriented, friendly manner • Legally required proof of measles immunization
