📋 Description
• Deliver impactful 30-45 minute coaching sessions via video/audio/chat • Balance coaching and mentoring approaches based on client needs • Master our platform and provide feedback • Maintain detailed session notes and track client progress • Participate in weekly team supervision and training sessions • Adapt positively to platform updates
🎯 Requirements
• ICF (ACC+), EMCC or equivalent accreditation • 150+ coaching hours minimum • Track record with short-term & long term interventions (3-6 months) • 5+ years management/leadership experience • Genuine tech comfort • Minimum 2 days per week availability • Startup mindset
