📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and expand a team of Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed quota • Establish and enforce intentional, repeatable sales methodologies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement • Provide deal-level coaching, from discovery through negotiation and close • Onboard and uplevel talent in a fast-paced environment • Personally drive the sales process and be accountable for Boulevard’s most strategic and complex deals • Hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving and exceeding strategic sales quotas • Oversee RFP responses, consolidate customer requirements, and partner with Product and Engineering • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at strategic accounts and coach your team • Architect and refine the Mid-Market & Enterprise sales playbook to ensure scalability and predictability • Leverage AI and modern sales technology to increase efficiency, accuracy, and team effectiveness • Establish strong pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting discipline in collaboration with Revenue Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including closing mid-market and enterprise accounts with ACVs ranging from $50K–$1M+ • 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing high-performing Account Executives • Background in selling payments solutions or working within payment facilitation models • Proven track record selling complex SaaS platforms, ideally operational systems • Experience managing both long (6–12 months) and shorter (30–90 day) sales cycles • Demonstrated ability to navigate RFPs and consolidate complex customer needs into actionable product requests • Experience in brick-and-mortar sales or managing franchisee/franchisor relationships within large, multi-location business models is a strong plus. • Builder mindset: proven ability to design and implement repeatable processes in an emerging or scaling enterprise sales org • Highly collaborative, with experience influencing Product and Engineering prioritization in resource-constrained environments • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and structured sales methodologies
