âą Own and evolve Boulevard's marketing operations strategy, systems, and processes. âą Connect marketing investment to pipeline, revenue, retention, and customer lifecycle outcomes. âą Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to improve GTM performance and operational efficiency. âą Identify, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows and automation opportunities. âą Build and optimize processes that improve campaign execution, reporting, lead management, and customer engagement. âą Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and best practices across the marketing organization. âą Own and optimize Boulevard's marketing automation stack, including Marketo, Customer.io, and related GTM systems. âą Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into funnel performance, marketing efficiency, and revenue impact. âą Build and lead a high-performing Marketing Operations team.
âą 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing within B2B SaaS. âą 5+ years of people leadership experience. âą Deep expertise with Marketo and Salesforce. âą Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, attribution, and funnel management. âą Experience partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Data teams. âą Proven ability to connect marketing initiatives to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
