📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of category specific procurement strategies. • Assist in managing key spend categories by coordinating supplier activities, performing spend analysis, and supporting sourcing initiatives. • Develop and implement category-level procurement strategies focused on cost efficiency, service quality, and risk mitigation. • Support the evaluation, selection, and ongoing management of suppliers within assigned categories. • Conduct spend analysis and supplier reviews to identify trends, savings opportunities, and process improvements. • Execute sourcing initiatives such as RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. • Partner with internal stakeholders to align category strategies with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in procurement, category coordination, vendor management, or sourcing. • Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) preferred. • Analytical experience supporting supplier evaluation and spend reporting preferred. • Experience with spend analysis and category management preferred. • Familiarity with e-procurement platforms and tools preferred. • Healthcare industry experience preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable category strategies and sourcing recommendations.
