📋 Description

•At Horizons, we're building the infrastructure to power borderless teams. •We're committed to building a global, diverse team representing different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. •As the Head of Product, you will oversee the development, management, and continuous improvement of the platform's product offerings. •Your primary goal will be to ensure the platform meets the needs of its clients and remains competitive in the market. •Success in this role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to stay ahead of market trends and customer expectations.

🎯 Requirements

•7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the HR technology, payroll, or Employer of Record (EoR) industries. •2+ years of experience in managing product teams •A proven track record of leading product managers / owners and successfully launching and scaling products. •Experience working in cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. •Familiarity with global employment laws and regulations, as well as data privacy and security standards. •Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus. •Strategic thinking and problem-solving. •Leadership and team management. •Communication and presentation skills. •Data-driven decision-making: can use data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive improvements. •Adaptability and resilience: ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company priorities. •Technical knowledge: familiarity with relevant technologies, platforms, and tools commonly used in the HR technology, payroll, or EoR industries. •Entrepreneurial mindset. •Growth mindset. •Emotional intelligence. •Vision and passion. •Ability to fast and efficient. •Resilience and perseverance.
