📋 Description

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Joko AI • Own the architecture of our agentic system • Design and run robust evaluation frameworks • Expand the set of tools and capabilities for Joko AI • Tackle challenges of data ingestion at scale • Leverage data to understand user preferences and enhance personalization • Prototype and iterate on new challenges and features • Stay on top of the latest models and frameworks • Fine-tune models for quality and efficiency • Collaborate closely with the Product team to define UX and implement improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Track record of building production AI systems • Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents) • Deeply familiar with LLM observability tools (LangFuse or equivalents) • Experience with LLM APIs and evaluation tooling for AI systems • Full-stack spirit • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
