Joko is a mobile application that enhances users' purchasing power by offering cash back rewards and automatic coupon codes on everyday purchases. With over 4 million members, the app allows users to earn cash back effortlessly as they shop at their favorite retailers. Joko simplifies the purchasing experience, ensuring that members never pay more than necessary for their purchases while accumulating rewards quickly.

📋 Description

• Define the product vision and roadmap for internal platforms (back-office, infrastructure, security, compliance, reliability), aligned with company priorities and technical constraints. • Own the full lifecycle of internal products and tools (e.g. Joko Admin, internal tooling, integrations), from problem framing to delivery and adoption by internal teams. • Work closely with highly experienced senior engineers — including profiles with founder-level experience such as Pierre Nectoux — to co-build scalable and reliable platform foundations. • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders (Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data, Customer Care), structure demand, and arbitrate priorities. • Drive initiatives around performance, infrastructure costs, security, fraud, and compliance (GDPR) to ensure Joko can scale without breaking. • Define success metrics focused on efficiency, reliability, risk reduction, and time saved for internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Background on internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products is a strong plus. • Comfortable building products where users are internal teams, with less emphasis on UI polish and more on efficiency, robustness, and adoption. • Curious and hands-on with technical topics such as infrastructure, performance, server costs, reliability, security, compliance, or fraud. You don’t need to code, but you need to understand how things work. • Excellent at alignment, prioritization, and saying no. Able to navigate many dependencies and make trade-offs explicit. • Data-driven, impact-oriented, and focused on solving real operational problems. • Clear, structured communicator, able to translate complex technical topics into business impact. • Based in France or Spain. Fluent in English (French is a plus, not mandatory). • Ownership-driven, resilient, and motivated by solving hard, unglamorous but high-impact problems that make the whole company better.
