📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of your Product Delivery Vertical • Shape the vision, define the roadmap, and deliver solutions addressing complex operational and regulatory challenges • Work closely with your Product Architect, Product Owner, and Development squads • Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements into a prioritised, value-driven backlog • Balance regulatory compliance, innovation, and commercial growth to ensure every release delivers measurable impact • Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders • Represent your PDV in planning and governance forums and track delivery performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent) in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment • Knowledge of network operations processes (connections, forecasting, outages/restoration, DUoS charging, flexibility event management) - ideally within the UK energy sector and DNO/IDNO environments • Track record of delivering products in a regulated industry • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in agile delivery environments and using agile tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps). • Right to work in the UK • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer, industry, or team engagements.
