📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Ex-Client database for the Greek market • Reach clients using phone calls, email, and Viber/What'sApp communication • Conduct regular, systematic follow-up calls, ensuring every ex-client is contacted at least once a quarter • Work with CRM (Salesforce): log all interactions, search for new leads in the old database, and analyze the sales funnel • Work towards KPIs for returned clients and total revenue from returned clients • Identify client needs and blockers • Share customer insights with the product team • Achieve individual sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales • Fluent Greek (to communicate with clients) • English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written to communicate with the team) • CRM experience • Strong communication skills • Computer literacy (G Suite, AI tools, etc) • Experience in HR-tech, job boards, or related fields is a big plus
