📋 Description

• Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to acquire new pharmaceutical, OTC and pharmacy partners — including proactive outreach, pitching and closing • Advise clients on marketplace and retail media solutions and create tailored proposals across the entire sales funnel • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key contacts in the pharmaceutical sector as well as with pharmacy chains and individual pharmacies, and continuously develop existing accounts • Analyze market and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities and to strategically evolve our offering

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales, business development or key account management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies • Hunter mentality, confident presence and strong communication skills in German and English • Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and business risks • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
