• Own and deliver the Benelux growth strategy across retail, e-commerce and distributor channels • Drive sustainable growth through new product launches, category expansion and increased distribution • Take full responsibility for P&L performance, optimising revenue and margin delivery • Build and develop senior-level relationships with key partners including department stores • Identify and unlock new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships • Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts • Drive best-in-class in-store execution and trade marketing initiatives • Provide market and consumer insights to influence product development at HQ • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in London • Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and scalability
• Proven track record of delivering commercial growth within a premium consumer goods or retail environment • Strong experience managing P&L including revenue, margin and cost control • Strong understanding of the Benelux retail landscape and key accounts • Experience across multiple channels including retail, e-commerce and distributors • Excellent commercial, negotiation and influencing skills • Strong analytical skills including forecasting and planning • Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships • Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial and results-driven • Excellent communication skills • Fluent in English and Dutch (Belgian and/or French advantageous)
