📋 Description

• Develop and operate backend services that enable millions of travel dreams — scalable, secure, and future-proof. • Design meaningful architectures in close collaboration with software architects and cross-functional squads. • Keep our platform fast, stable, and resilient by identifying and addressing performance challenges and risks early. • Identify relevant AI use cases and take ownership of their implementation. • Raise engineering excellence: clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, pair programming, and continuous learning. • Deliver value-driven features together with Product Owners, QA, and your squad. • Support your chapter members in their professional and personal development through coaching, clear growth paths, and honest feedback. • Lead with empathy and clarity: manage performance processes, foster psychological safety, and empower people to deliver their best work.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification — or equivalent experience characterized by curiosity, craftsmanship, and a willingness to learn. • 8+ years of experience in C#, .NET, microservices, modern backend architectures, and cloud environments. • Solid understanding of scalable design patterns, system performance, and secure engineering. • Experienced working in agile, cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in German and/or English. • You take responsibility, enjoy working in a team, and thrive when you make others more successful.
