📋 Description

• Lead and execute testing of client-facing applications, internal tools, and backend APIs to identify deficiencies and ensure quality expectations are met. • Utilize and promote formal testing methodologies to contribute to high-quality output. • Investigate product quality and make improvements to achieve high customer satisfaction. • Log and track defects using designated tracking systems and tools. • Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest improvement actions. • Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and QA teams to develop test approaches and strategies for products and product lines. • Identify and manage key KPIs and metrics for product quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience testing web applications and/or mobile applications. • Ability to develop and execute software test strategies and test cases. • Experience in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End System Integration Testing. • Experience with mobile testing tools such as Appium and BrowserStack highly desired. • Experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps development methodology. • Strong understanding of JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, and general web technologies. • Ability to document clear, concise, and comprehensive bug reports, test plans, and test cases. • Understanding of API testing and API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Apigee is a plus. • Familiarity with building automation scripts and the Playwright framework. • Understanding of database architecture/concepts is a plus. • Proven verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus. • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes. • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on organizational success.
