📋 Description

• Focus on the creation, iteration, and refinement of core gameplay mechanics. Work closely on short iteration cycles to quickly test and improve gameplay concepts • Write clear and concise game design documents (GDDs) that communicate ideas and provide detailed specifications for the development team • Conduct deconstruction and analysis of competing products to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Use analytical metrics to guide design decisions and improve gameplay through data insights

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of game designer experience • Deep understanding of core gameplay mechanics • Experience working as a project’s feature-owner • Systematic experience in market research with a strong interest in and ability to apply findings to design decisions. • Understanding of product and business goals, ability to prioritize • Adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment. • Understanding of basic analytical metrics • Experience with Unity • Fluent Russian
