📋 Description
• Review and analyze Veterans disability claims files within the VA system • Assist in transitioning legacy client files into updated workflows and systems • Develop and document legal strategies aligned with firm standards • Identify evidentiary gaps and recommend next steps for claim development • Collaborate with internal legal team members on strategy alignment
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • Ability to independently review files and formulate sound legal strategies • High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment • Demonstrated experience handling VA disability claims and appeals (preferred) • Strong knowledge of VA regulations, procedures, and evidentiary requirements (preferred) • Familiarity with case management systems and high-volume file transitions (preferred) • Experience working in a remote, contract-based legal environment (preferred)
