📋 Description

• Manage both air and ocean import shipments, tracking, customs clearance, ISF filings, and tariff classification • Handle all ocean and air imports shipments including customs clearance (7501), ISF filings, HTS classification, and documentation • Audits customs broker activity and ensures timely approval of invoices • Maintains electronic copies of 7501 for recordkeeping • Tracing shipments and providing status to internal customers • Work with various customs brokers, forwarders, truckers, steamship lines, agents as well as both internal and external customers • Assist with freight claims and Duty Drawback claims/documentation • Knowledge with C-TPAT program and facilitation with the program

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of customs broker experience • Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access • Experience with an ERP system, preferably Oracle • Detailed oriented • Knowledge of 19 CFR, HTSUS, C-TPAT, and FTA • College Degree preferred • Customs Broker experience (import/export/classification/compliance) 3-5 years
