📋 Description

• As our Finance Senior Associate, you will have a crucial role in maintaining the financial stability and integrity of Juicyway. • Your responsibilities will include daily bank and inventory reconciliation, active participation in budgeting, meticulous filing, and accurate financial reporting. • You will be responsible for journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and processing non-trade expenses. • Additionally, you will oversee cash advances and petty cash transactions, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory filings, and contributing to Juicyway’s financial health and regulatory adherence. • The role is responsible for assisting with month-end close, transaction analysis, bank reconciliations, revenue and cost validation, intercompany accounting, management reporting, audit support and financial data analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field. • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in finance, accounting, audit, fintech, payments, banking or financial services. • Professional qualification of ACCA, ICAN. • Experience in a fintech, cross-border payments, money transfer, banking or financial services company is preferred. • Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, payment platforms and reconciliation tools is an advantage.
