📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for retirement plans with small business clients and advisors that have a combination of a 401(K) Plan and Solo Plan, traditional Defined Benefit Plan and/or Cash Balance Plan (combo plans) • Strengthen relationships with clients and advisors through delivery of our value propositions • Respond to plan sponsor and advisor questions related to all aspects of their combo retirement plans in a timely manner • Monitor annual plan projects, calendars, and milestones • Communicate annual combo plan compliance results including annual funding and tax filings • Maintain knowledge regarding industry trends and legislative/regulatory requirements and changes • Proactively request information and alert clients to combo plans operational and compliance matters • Prioritize, research and resolve client questions related to technology, plan operation, compliance and other matters • Coordinate with other team members as required for support on recordkeeping and plan administration • Communicate combo plan recordkeeping processes and technology • Maintain documentation on client projects and responses within JULYs CRM software tool • Utilize a phone queue system to efficiently handle inbound and outbound call volume • Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ Years Retirement Plan Experience • Ability to explain complex combo plan design and compliance items in a clear and understandable manner including how the plans will interact • Familiarity with Pension Guarantee Benefit Corporation (PBGC) requirements and filing • Understand and proficiently explain Beginning of Year versus End of Year Valuation Reporting • Professional and concise verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency • Builder of collaborative rapport with stellar interpersonal and relationship management skills • Exceptionally organized individual who juggles multiple projects with minimal oversight • Self-starting, resourceful, solution seeker who works well independently • Can do, client focused attitude who thrives on accountability, credibility, and trustworthiness • Team player with willingness to do no matter how small or large the task • Positive attitude
