• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to client services • Explains the implementation process during the client kickoff call • Ensures all necessary forms/documentation are received from clients on time • Uses needs analysis tools to ensure all client requirements are documented and understood • Ensures all necessary information is procured/migrated from previous system for timely and accurate setup in the payroll system • Configures payroll system and reports to client requirements • Processes first payroll to ensure accuracy/consistency from previous system • Trains clients on the use of payroll system for common tasks • Provides detailed instructions for how to handle taxes not remitted by former provider • Leads transition to client services • Develop custom reports for clients as needed • Second-tier payroll system troubleshooting; owns entry and resolution of all cases reported to payroll processing platform • Occasionally trains client services team on system best practices to support first-contact resolution • Develops and executes protocols and templates for client communications from client kick-off through training and client services transition • Builds library of how-to guides and video tutorials for clients and client services to reference for common tasks • Stays on top of Prism HCM release schedule, contributing system improvement ideas and analyzing release notes for applicability to current and new clients
• Expert knowledge of payroll system set up/configuration, and reporting • Strong to expert knowledge of MSFT Excel and other reporting tools • Professional and concise verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills with ability to interface directly with clients large and small • Strong knowledge of tax filing process, with multi-state payroll background • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency • Exceptionally organized individual who juggles multiple projects with minimal oversight • Team player with willingness to do no matter how small or large the task • Positive attitude • Flexible, adaptive, competitive, quality oriented
