• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion + video ads, and supporting static assets as needed for performance testing. • Build direct response-first motion systems: kinetic typography, punchy transitions, UI-style overlays, callouts, infographics, and performance-driven effects. • Re-cut existing footage, adapt animated graphics, and create net-new variations for A/B testing and rapid iteration. • Develop moodboards, styleframes, and storyboards to align internally and with clients before production. • Leverage stock footage/imagery, SFX, and AI-assisted tools (e.g., image generation/editing, VO/asset support) to move quickly—especially for brands with limited existing content. • Maintain exceptional project hygiene: naming conventions, layer structure, and organized project files that enable fast handoffs and easy revisions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment. • Stay on top of platform trends (paid + organic) and translate them into ad-ready creative patterns. • Deliver across required formats/aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, etc.) and placements with strong attention to specs.
• We’re looking for an organized, collaborative hybrid designer who can execute cleanly at scale and thrive in a fast-turn environment. • Strong design eye + direct response sensibility (clarity, hierarchy, pacing, hooks, CTAs). • Comfortable producing stills + motion + video edits (not motion-only). • Excellent file organization / project hygiene (naming conventions, clean layers, structured comps/timelines) — non-negotiable. • Ability to follow team systems and processes (templates, shared files, handoffs). • Experience working at high pace (agency experience is a strong plus). • Flexibility and adaptability for integrating new tools, especially AI-assisted workflows.
