📋 Description
• Own day-to-day legal operations including commercial agreements and corporate recordkeeping. • Analyze contractual risk proactively. • Support strategic projects like M&A and IP portfolio management.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing). • Experience in managing contractual workflows. • Knowledge of Carta management and equity/stock plan administration. • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and AI tools.
