📋 Description

• Lead a department of Senior Account Managers, owning client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across the portfolio • Final escalation point • Performance coach • Culture driver • High-ownership, high-impact, with real growth potential • Client retention, churn strategy, and NPS MRR growth, upsell and cross-sell targets per AM • Campaign ROI — CPL and MCAC within target • Daily coaching and development of Account Managers • SOPs, KPIs, and department-wide cadences • Client escalations and root-cause resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in digital marketing; 3+ years in account management • 2+ years managing teams of 5+ direct reports • 4+ years hitting retention, upsell, and churn KPIs • Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, inbound, and web • Systems-first mindset with SOP and KPI development experience • Traction EOS or Rockefeller Habits familiarity is a strong plus
