📋 Description

• Own the operational execution of new customer test kit launches, ensuring milestones are tracked • Coordinate directly with customers to manage launch activities • Partner with laboratory providers and internal teams to coordinate workflows • Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities or issues early • Investigate operational issues and drive resolution • Maintain operational dashboards and reporting • Identify recurring issues and implement process improvements • Build strong relationships with customers and partners • Document workflows, processes, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, healthcare operations, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, implementation, or similar • Ownership mindset • Coordinating launches, implementations, or operational programs • Problem solving skills • Cross-functional communication experience • Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and metrics • Experience improving workflows, documentation, or systems • Healthcare interest, experience with diagnostics/lab ops/at-home testing a plus
