• Advise on and sell forklifts and intralogistics solutions from our partner Linde Material Handling. • Advise on and sell complementary products including transportable forklifts and telehandlers, aerial work platforms, rough-terrain forklifts, as well as cleaning and municipal equipment. • Acquire new customers and actively manage existing accounts, including regular customer visits. • Maintain opportunities, customer master data and sales activities in Salesforce and use the CRM not just as a documentation tool but as a central instrument to effectively manage your sales activities. • Conduct needs analysis and customer consultations, prepare and price proposals, lead contract and price negotiations, handle order processing and provide after-sales customer support following delivery. • Actively participate in customer, dealer and supplier events.
• Technical training or equivalent qualification. • Experience in logistics or intralogistics solutions, or in sales of technically sophisticated capital goods. • Good knowledge of MS Office and practical experience with ERP systems and CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce). • Strong organizational skills, team player, and a personable, confident and persuasive manner. • Independent, analytical, goal-oriented and customer-focused work style. • Willingness to participate in regional training sessions (e.g. in Germany). • Very good command of French and either German or English; Luxembourgish is an advantage. • Driving licence class B.
