• Advise customers on and sell forklifts and intralogistics solutions from Linde Material Handling • Advise customers on and sell complementary products, including truck-mounted forklifts, telescopic handlers, access platforms, rough-terrain forklifts, cleaning equipment, and municipal equipment • Prospect for new customers and actively manage an existing customer portfolio • Conduct regular field visits • Manage sales opportunities, customer data, and sales activities in Salesforce • Use the CRM as a tool to manage and drive sales activities effectively • Analyze customer needs, provide tailored advice, and prepare and cost proposals • Negotiate contracts and prices • Follow up on orders and support customers after delivery • Participate in events for customers, dealers, and suppliers • Independently develop the sales territory in Luxembourg
• Technical training or an equivalent qualification • Experience in logistics, intralogistics solutions, or the sale of technically sophisticated capital equipment • Good command of MS Office • Practical experience with ERP systems and CRM solutions, such as Salesforce • Strong organizational skills, a team-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills • Professional, confident, and persuasive manner • Independent, analytical, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work • Willingness to participate in training sessions outside the region, for example in Germany • Excellent command of French and either German or English • Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage • Category B driving licence • Ideally, residence in Luxembourg or a neighboring region
