📋 Description

• Own the documentation set for internal tools and systems, leading creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement for Canopy, CCTools, fund administration software, and other platforms • Fuel JunieAI by creating the structured, foundational content that powers AI-driven documentation and support strategies • Deliver release notes and documentation for fund administration features that impact the GPX platform • Establish taxonomy, style, and standards for internal documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability • Partner with instructional design to strengthen internal onboarding and learning programs • Use JunieAI and other AI tools to research, accelerate content creation, and iterate while preserving human editorial quality • Act as a strategic partner to product management, engineering, and operations to ensure documentation reflects accurate functionality • Track and measure documentation impact and apply insights to improve usability, efficiency, and adoption • Promote best practices in technical writing and responsible AI use across the company • Participate in Agile processes, ensuring documentation is part of the definition of done for every release

🎯 Requirements

• Proven technical writing experience in fintech or SaaS, with a portfolio that includes internal tooling, Help Center content, and release notes • Strong belief in AI as a way to enhance productivity and quality, with a clear understanding of how humans and AI can work together • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables from day one with only light guidance • Strong understanding of Agile practices and the ability to embed documentation into the development lifecycle • Experience with documentation systems like Zendesk, Markdown, and version control • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable editing HTML and light CSS in Zendesk Guide, including article markup, tables, anchors, and theme snippets • Proactive, curious approach to solving problems and improving processes • Analytical skills to measure documentation effectiveness and drive improvements • Ability to operate independently and establish cross-functional relationships • Experience creating release notes and customer-facing documentation
