📋 Description

• Overall electrical responsibility for BESS projects • Primary point of contact for all electrical matters in the project • Translate complex technical requirements into clear project structures, decisions and actions • Coordinate between internal departments, external partners, engineering offices and suppliers • Review and approve technical designs and documentation (schematics, layouts, calculations, protection concepts) • Coordinate electrical installers, specialist trades and plant constructors • Ensure technical quality during implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Power/Energy Engineering • Several years of experience (5+ years) implementing electrical projects in the energy sector • Strong understanding of high-voltage systems, grid connections and battery energy storage systems • Ability to technically manage and coordinate external engineering firms, suppliers or EPC contractors • Independent assessment and approval of technical documentation • Regular presence in Munich for coordination meetings and project work • Fluent German and very good English
