📋 Description
• Lead the team in day-to-day outbound operations — cadence, contact quality, and booked meetings as central KPIs • Listen into calls, provide direct feedback, and coach on conversation openings and objection handling with practical examples • Evolve talk tracks and playbooks — practice-oriented, not theoretical • Ramp up new SDRs quickly and collaborate closely with Account Executives
🎯 Requirements
• Real SDR or BDR experience — you know cold outreach from hands-on practice, not from LinkedIn posts • Initial leadership or coaching experience as a Senior SDR, captain, or mentor • Hunter mentality and the ability to bring energy to the team — even when things get tough • Native-level German, fluent English
