🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in brand, content or communications • Ideally experience with a digital product or a community-driven brand • Ability to think in terms of positioning, not just posts • Strong communication skills rooted in a genuine understanding of the target audience • Ability to establish structures that work without in-person presence • Creative approach informed by data
