📋 Description

• Will work on the Search and EVAL teams, tackling highly complex technical problems within search systems and quality evaluation • Collaborate with engineering leadership and product teams focused on the search experience • Contribute from technical design through delivery, gaining increasing autonomy as you gain context • Work with APIs, high-throughput systems, and continuous experimentation (A/B testing, data analysis)

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development (Python, Go, or similar) • Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous communication (queues, events) • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) • Ability to work on distributed, high-scale systems • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with experimentation, testing, and data-driven optimization • Good technical communication and a willingness to collaborate with peers and other teams • Integrated AI usage in development (e.g., automation, code generation, agents) — extensive, fluent use rather than superficial • Prior experience with search systems is not required
