📋 Description

• Work closely with Business Operations and Analytics team to bridge the gap between business challenges and data-driven solutions • Automate processes, analyze complex datasets, and create actionable insights that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making • Translate key business metrics and challenges into actionable data projects • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies • Assess data validity and ensure datasets are clean, accurate, and prepared for analysis • Build and maintain Python scripts to automate processes and workflows • Create analysis, reports, and dashboards using SQL/Python to effectively communicate findings • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation • Advanced skills in SQL for querying and data manipulation • Experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent relational databases • Experience with visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms • Expertise in data validation, cleaning, and preparation techniques • Proven ability to connect data insights to business problems and implement impactful solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to start with ambiguous problems, access and analyze relevant data, and draw meaningful conclusions • Strong focus on data accuracy and the ability to produce reliable analysis • Demonstrated ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision • Ability to take ownership and drive projects from initiation through completion
