📋 Description

• Develops and implements health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations • Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks • Perform Regulatory reviews of products, intermediates, raw materials, and end-use applications • Perform full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness • Perform safety surveys and inspections • Maintain environmental reports and reporting including Storm water permits, SPCC, TCEQ, EPA, TTB, etc • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings • Conduct follow up audits to monitor corrections and continued compliance • Investigate, document, analyze and provide resolution for any regulatory compliance concerns that arise • Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in related field • At least 2 years’ experience in Regulatory and/or HSE • Knowledge and experience in a major area of Government Regulatory compliance (USA e.g., FDA, OSHA, EPA, TSCA). • Knowledge of USA, Canada, and Europe Regulatory Environment, Health and Safety laws.
