📋 Description

• You acquire new partner restaurants in the field and enthuse them about our concept • You hold conversations with restaurateurs on equal footing — with authenticity, charm and negotiation skills • You support new partners from the first contact through to a successful launch • You work closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of field sales experience, ideally in the restaurant or delivery sector • Empathetic, motivating demeanor — you can win people over • Hands-on mentality — you take initiative, are pragmatic and think entrepreneurially • High willingness to travel & flexibility — you enjoy being on the road and hold a valid driving license (Class B) • Structured working style — you independently plan your appointments • Experience with MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) • Background in gastronomy (particularly in the delivery sector) is a plus • Additional languages (e.g., English, Turkish or Arabic) are a plus
