📋 Description

• Build the platform for deploying AI agents within enterprises • Develop and design platforms for AI agents • Evaluate, integrate, and develop the latest approaches in Agentic AI • Integrate with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Outlook, Confluence, and Teams • Orchestrate state-of-the-art language models and optimize their usage • Own the entire development lifecycle in a small, high-impact team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent background • Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of LLMs — models, benchmarks, frameworks, and agent-based architectures • Experience with RAG systems, prompting strategies, and agentic systems • Strong programming skills, ideally in Python and TypeScript with React/Next.js • Experience or interest in technologies for operating complex software systems, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • High sense of responsibility and the ability to identify risks early • Motivation and self-discipline to maintain a high standard of quality • Comfortable using modern tools, including AI, to work more efficiently
