📋 Description

• Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity • Evaluate current targeting strategies, gaps, and opportunities • Analyze existing customer segments • Define a digital sales process that enables broader customer coverage • Research and evaluate tools and data sources • Support the development of digital demand content • Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events • Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Curiosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) preferred
