• Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity • Support outbound sales campaigns and inbound lead follow-up by researching, qualifying, and routing new customer opportunities to the appropriate sales team members. • Assist in developing preliminary quotes, identifying appropriate distribution partners, and maintaining accurate opportunity tracking within Salesforce and other CRM tools. • Conduct market and account research to identify new business opportunities, understand end-market trends, and support targeted value proposition development. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Sales Engineers to support campaigns, new product launches, and customer follow-up activities. • Develop foundational inside sales skills including prospecting, professional communication, CRM utilization (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Power BI), and data-driven sales process execution. • Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events • Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • Business, Sales, or Entrepreneurship • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Curiosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus.
