📋 Description

• Design, develop and deliver AI-powered features end-to-end: from proof of concept to production on our Partner's stack (Angular, Node/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Azure) • Evaluate and integrate AI/ML services, APIs, and open-source models to solve real customer problems (document processing, root-cause analysis, ERP/MES integrations) • Shape the AI/ML tech stack with real ownership over tools, frameworks, and architecture • Build and maintain eval frameworks to ensure AI outputs meet quality, reliability, and safety standards • Collaborate with product and engineering, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and grow AI competency across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with proven hands-on AI/ML experience (e.g. LLM integration, data pipelines, ML model deployment) • Strong software engineering fundamentals: writing well-structured application code (not just notebooks or scripts) with modern development practices • Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and OpenAI APIs • Familiarity with TypeScript and web frameworks • The ability to move fast from proof of concept to production, with an experimental yet methodical approach • Strong conceptual thinking — able to connect the dots and communicate technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Professional proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
