📋 Description
• Delivering global recruitment services through adaptable sourcing and headhunting • Managing our existing client portfolio, which includes startups, SMEs and corporates in EU • Elevating talent acquisition delivery through effective sourcing strategies
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech or Business-related roles (in-house or external) • Advanced sourcing capabilities, particularly in boolean search techniques • Background in international talent-hiring delivery and client management • In-depth knowledge of the European Talent Market • A registered freelance business or similar corporate entity that allows you to receive income from commercial activity • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/ or other sourcing methods • Native or professional-level English proficiency
