📋 Description

• Make outbound calls through the dialer to delinquent customers to negotiate payment plans and financial settlements • Handle digital customer service requests as needed • Record all negotiation details clearly and objectively in the company’s system • Send payment slips and the documents required to resolve customers’ outstanding financial obligations • Analyze customers’ financial situations and propose viable solutions for debt repayment • Take a proactive approach to credit recovery by seeking solutions that meet the needs of both the company and the customer

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in debt collection and using dialers • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Experience with both inbound and outbound customer service • High school diploma
