📋 Description

• Contact delinquent customers daily by phone, WhatsApp, and email • Execute the collections workflow according to the number of days past due • Conduct resolution-oriented collection approaches • Follow up until each case is resolved • Propose and record installment agreements and payment deadlines within established authorization limits • Ensure customers understand the contractual implications of nonpayment • Escalate complex cases to the Senior Analyst • Monitor, organize, and prioritize the delinquent accounts portfolio • Flag risks of repeat delinquency and emerging delinquency trends • Record interactions, agreements, and contact attempts in the system/CRM • Keep portfolio information up to date and organized • Ensure the traceability of collection activities • Refer cases for credit bureau reporting or legal action in coordination with the Administrative Assistant • Contribute suggestions for improving the collections workflow and processes • Work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or collections • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM systems • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contacts simultaneously • English proficiency • Portuguese proficiency • Availability to work remotely • Adequate setup for remote work, including a computer or laptop and a suitable workspace • Previous remote work experience
