📋 Description

• Ensure that departmental processes, standards, and policies are documented, implemented, and reviewed periodically • Perform customer payment processing routines in the ERP system, including bank allocation and document clearing • Conduct credit bureau inquiries and gather financial and market information • Monitor blocked sales orders and identify customers who have exceeded their credit limits • Conduct credit analyses of new customers and the 20 largest customers, assessing their financial health • Monitor the collection processes and status handled by a third-party company and/or the Legal department • Prepare management reports on accounts receivable to support the Finance and Commercial departments • Reconcile all accounts by comparing bank statements with data in the ERP system • Contact delinquent customers to obtain explanations for outstanding payments • Provide customers with support regarding accounts receivable • Collaborate with other functional areas to integrate credit and collections processes and practices in compliance with policies, standards, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • Practical experience in credit analysis, collections, and receivables management • Experience with SAP • Previous experience in credit and collections or accounts receivable (preferred) • Previous experience in the industrial sector, preferably pharmaceuticals (preferred) • Knowledge of Power BI to support analyses and reporting (preferred)
